Once your claim is received, reviewed and accepted on a preliminary basis by Dot Badges, Dot Badges shall arrange for a reverse pick-up for the same. Once the returned product(s) are received back, they will be checked. This process will take 7-10 working days (Sundays and Public Holidays not included) from the date of raising the return request.

The same product can not be returned more than 1 time. We reserve the right to refuse a return in case of any abuse of the Returns process.

Upon satisfaction, Dot Badges will issue credits in the form of a coupon code for the value of the products returned (in case of Cash on Delivery, the Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable). You may then use the coupon code at time of checkout to place a new order (which shall not be redeemable against any product other than a different size of the product sought to be exchanged). While placing your order with the coupon code a shipping charge of Rs.60/- shall be applicable.
