How will I receive my order?
All orders are dispatched via our trusted courier partners.
In how many days will I receive my order?
All orders are delivered within 1-4 working days to metros. | Rest of India within 4-7 working days. Please note shipping duration may vary incase bad weather, public holidays, etc. Sunday’s are not counted as working days in our calendar.
Can I make any modifications to my order?
Once orders are placed no modifications will be allowed.
Are there any shipping charges?
We have free shipping on all orders worth Rs.349/- and above, for orders below Rs.349/- we levy a Rs.60/- shipping charge. Cash on Delivery charges Rs.50 extra irrespective order value
I want to cancel my order
Please note orders once placed cannot be cancelled as all our products are made to order.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
All Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallet, UPI and PayTM transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. Rest assured, your money is safe.
Do you have Cash on Delivery?
Yes we do have Cash on Delivery only on orders above Rs.200/- COD is applicable on only certain products and certain states at the moment.
What if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry keeping in mind the following:
- Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for net banking); and that your internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at [email protected]
What If I refuse to accept the parcel and the package is Returned back to Origin due to incorrect address/pincode/phone number
In case you do not accept the package, the parcel will be returned back to origin, in such case we do reship your package after your consent, but reshipping charges of Rs.60/- are applicable.
What if I am not at home when my order arrives?
The delivery agent will make 3 attempts before he/she puts a RTO on your package. Incase your package is RTOed, you must write to us at [email protected] along with your order id in order to reship your package. Please note we levy a Rs.60/- shipping fee for such cases.
